How to play and the rules

1.All the team make two lines.

2.Give a rope to the front two children.

Start the Game

3.The front two children will hold the rope and run.

Go to the turning point go around the traffic cone and come back.

4.Put the rope underneath the children and run to the end of the line.

All the other children in the line will jump not to touch the rope.

5.When you reach the end, you put the rope above the children in the line and go back to the front.

All the other children in the line will squat down not to touch the rope.

6.When you come back to the front, give the rope to the next two children.

You go to the end of the line.

7.Repeat this and the fastest team when all the children had done is the winner.

preparation

1.Cut out the cardboards into 30cm in diameter circle.

2.Then, colour it one side white and the other black.

3.Put about 20 of those pieces on the ground leaving a suitable space.

How to play and the rules

4.Make two teams, white and black. And divide into two sides of the room.

Start the Game

5.The white team turns over the black piece to white.

The black team turns over the white piece to black.

6.Play it for 30 Seconds and stop.

7.Then, everybody goes back to their team area.

Count the pieces. The more you have is the winner team.

Know-how and the Points

Instead of black and white, you can draw anything, like moon and sun, rabbit and turtle and so on.

Be careful not to bump head each other.

How to play and the rules

Make some teams and each team make a line.

First, the top child will get a ball.

The other children holds their hands up and wait.

Start the Game

Give the ball to the person on your back over your head by not looking your back.

Repeat this until the ball gets to the last person.

If you drop the ball, pick it up and start again from the person who dropped it.

When the last person received the ball, you give the ball to your front child under the legs.

The fastest team that sent the ball to the top child wins.

There are many ways to carry balls.

Stand face to face, hold two sticks and put the ball on the sticks.

Stand back to back and put a ball between two childrens’ back and walk sideways.

Two children hold a towel and put a ball on it.

Two children hold hands and put a ball on them.

Put your arms around each other’s shoulders and put the balloon between your heads and carry it.

Four children hold the corner of a newspaper and carry the balloon not to drop.

Make some teams.

Each team makes a circle and hold hands.

All the team gets two balloons.

Let bounce the balloons with your hands from underneath but don’t let your hands go.

The team who dropped the balloon will be the looser.

How to play and the rules

Make two teams.

Everybody gets a fan.

Draw a line on the floor in the middle of the room and divide the space.

Each team goes to their space.

Put five balloons on the line.

Start the Game

When the balloon comes to your space, fan it to the competitor’s space.

When 60 seconds had passed, a leader announces to stop.

The team who fanned more to the competitor’s space wins.

It is easy to play in the small room that has walls.

The number of the balloon doesn’t have to be five.

Use curing tape or plastic tape.

Before the game

Make a court.

Use a plastic tape to make a net and divide the room.

Set the tape to the children’s height.

How to play and the rules

Each team goes to their court.

The rule is same as the volleyball.

You can make the rule much simple for children.

You can change the rule to when all the children touches the ball, you can hit it to the competitor’s court. Then, all the children can touch the balloon.

How to play and the rules

Make some teams from about three to five children.

Choose leader in each team.

Each team will get newspaper (about the amount of one morning) and a sticky tape.

Announce “Whatever the shape is, make a newspaper tower as high as possible. And the team which made a highest one will win.”

Give a thinking time for 5 minutes.

Everybody will give ideas about the tower in each team.

Start the Game

Make a tower in five minutes.

Five minutes later, measure the towers. And the team which made a highest one wins.

You can change the time limit considering the age of the children.

Preparations and how to make

Crumple a newspaper into a ball. Make them about twenty.

A leader holds an umbrella upside down.

Spread the balls on the floor around the leader.

Start the Game

Throw the newspaper balls into the umbrella.

Do the game in each team.

Each team has thirty seconds. The more who got into the umbrella, is the winner team.
